Contact us immediately – we would prefer to avoid you losing your home but we can only help you if you communicate with us. We will discuss the reasons why the notice has been issued and try to resolve the matter.

Q: Do I need to take out Contents Insurance?

Yes, we expect all tenants to have their own Insurance policy for their personal property. Geneva Investment Group will not be held responsible for any damage, through whatever cause, to tenants’ property. We do however ensure that every building we own has full buildings Insurance.
